With the exception of pre-orders, please allow up to 3 business days for us to process your order and get it to the shipping depot. At that point the shipping speed is determined by the method of shipping you chose to purchase in the shopping cart section.

RETURNS

If you're not satisfied with your order, fear not! Returns & refunds are valid up to 10 days after receiving your order. Returned items must be undamaged, complete with original packaging, and the sales receipt must be included.
Customers are responsible for paying for shipping for the return. Once we receive the return back at Oxburger Studios and verify the condition of the product(s) we will issue the refund. The shipping amount on the original order is non-refundable.
If there are any mistakes with your order made on behalf of Oxburger Studios, we apologize in advance. We'll own up to our mistakes at no cost to you, and make things right!
